Thank you for choosing to work with me! Below are the terms that guide our work together to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us.

To reserve your session and begin work, payment is required upfront. This ensures I can prioritize your project and commit the necessary time and focus to deliver high-quality results.

📌 Scope of Work
The scope of services will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins (e.g., resume review, coaching session, LinkedIn rewrite, etc.). Any requests beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee or a separate engagement.

⏰ Delivery Timeline
Turnaround times vary based on the service. For resume and LinkedIn work, initial drafts are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after receiving payment and any required information. Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom and must be scheduled in advance.

💳 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before services begin. No work will be scheduled or delivered without upfront payment. Accepted forms of payment include [insert payment methods — e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, etc.].

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Coaching Sessions: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Consulting/Resume Projects: If you need to cancel after payment, partial refunds may be considered only if no work has started. Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited.
